What do you like best about Language IO?

Partnering with Language I/O (LIO) has been a fascinating experience! From first getting in touch throughout the swift and professional technical onboarding to project completion, the LIO team has been cooperative, flexible and resource-efficient in both time and costs. LIO was and continues to be attentive to the individual needs of our increasingly expanding enterprise. At the earliest stage, I understood that LIO would go the figurative extra mile to achieve maximum satisfaction with their performance. Transparency and communication flow are outstanding. To my knowledge, LIO is currently the only software on the market that provides a wholesome approach to fast and accurate article, ticket and chat translation. What do you dislike about Language IO?

I wouldn't use the word "dislike" at all when reviewing Language I/O. As with every service, there is some room for improvement (e.g. with regards to the project submission tool and the dashboard).
