Langdock has completely transformed how we use AI at our company! What I love most is how they've managed to make something powerful feel so accessible. I can create custom AI assistants for different teams without needing a PhD in machine learning. The founders are incredibly hands-on and passionate about their product. When I reached out with questions, I was surprised to get responses directly from them - not just generic support emails. They genuinely want to help you succeed with the platform. The flexibility to switch between different AI models (GPT-4o, Claude, etc.) is a game-changer. Some tasks work better with certain models, and Langdock lets me choose the right tool for each job without any hassle. Adding our company knowledge was surprisingly painless - just choose your docs, and suddenly our assistants became experts on our internal processes. Moving colleagues over from ChatGPT to Langdock is tougher than I expected. It's incredible how much people get attached to tools they're familiar with, even when there's something better available. Many team members were so used to ChatGPT's interface and quirks that they initially resisted trying something new. This isn't necessarily a flaw in Langdock itself, but rather a general challenge with introducing any new platform. People develop muscle memory with their tools, and breaking those habits takes time. I wish I had anticipated this resistance better when rolling out Langdock across our organization. First, I can now create custom assistants for specific problem areas and roles, tailoring them beautifully to address exactly what we need. Instead of a one-size-fits-all AI, I've built specialized assistants for our marketing team, customer support, and product development - each with their own knowledge base and capabilities. This targeted approach means each team gets an assistant that truly understands their unique challenges and speaks their language. Second, GDPR and security concerns were a huge roadblock with ChatGPT. We never really knew what happened with the documents we uploaded or the conversations we had. This made our legal and security teams extremely nervous, especially when handling sensitive information. Langdock has completely eliminated these worries with their EU hosting, transparent data policies, and proper certifications.
