Landed has allowed us to automate our hiring process for New Store Openings and now we are implementing this company-wide for our in-store team member hiring. This has allowed us to decrease time to fill. It is easy to use and we are working through integration with our HRIS, UKG. Being able to utilize Landed for not only hiring but for job distribution gives us one platform for two gaps that we previously had. They have great support.
