"Landbot is an easy and friendly solution for anyone to make a Chatbot"

4/5

What do you like best about Landbot?

I love Landbot because it can not only be easy to use and allows you to make a quite functional ChatBot, but it also has a very special personality compared to other solutions. The result that I have seen in the users is very positive, they find it nice, pleasant, an excellent first impression. Landbot not only fulfills its function but also generates positive emotions in the user due to its graphic design and the gifs that can be added. It is exactly what one seeks to generate in that first impression. I can't wait to see what else its creators can come up with in the next versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Landbot?

It would be great to have an app for a smartphone or tablet, since ideas come when you least expect them and those moments of inspiration could quickly turn into something tangible if we could make changes on mobile devices, practically anywhere we are. I would like to have a more institutional graphic option, which can be easily chosen. Have a corporate theme in the design section of the chatbot with a simple click. For those occasions when you don't want to have such a candy Chatbot. I would love to have an additional Plan between the Sandbox plan and the Starter plan, maybe a Starter and Starter Plus? To be able to grow to the following Plans according to the response we have. Especially for those of us who have small businesses and are just on the learning curve of conversational marketing. Maybe a 10 euro option? That would be great. I would love to see simpler ways to be able to integrate at least some Natural Language into Landbot. Maybe you can easily add some answers around the Chatbot design. Perhaps as variables that the bot can understand. At least 15 or 20 variables. Without the need for coding knowledge. Recommendations to others considering Landbot:

Give yourself a chance to meet Landbot, play with the default examples. Share your creations with your co-workers and with your trusted clients. The only way to know if Landbot is for you is to use it in your business or business idea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Landbot solving and how is that benefiting you?

The first problem I can solve is having a friendlier way of directing my clients to what they are looking for before they make contact with our team. Second would be that in the learning process in the use of Landbot the language and the type of questions that we personally ask our clients have also changed. It has been a good influence since it reminds us that there is no better way to get what the client needs other than by asking questions. Asking you arrive in Rome.
