What do you like best about Lancepilot?

I love how intuitive it is, Lancepilot's automation for WhatsApp campaigns is a lifesaver. I like the fact that I can set up personalized messages in minutes, and the built-in templates make it easy to connect with my clients in a way that feels natural. What do you dislike about Lancepilot?
