What do you like best about Laiye AI Agent Platform?

1. I like the fact that the software presets many components to build the process I want quickly. 2. Uibot has a great community where you can post for help, and soon someone will answer. 3. OCR technology is beneficial and has a high recognition rate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Laiye AI Agent Platform?

Overall I think Uibot is a very useful tool, but other suggestions are: 1. After all, we are not professional IT personnel, if Laiye can give us these users some on-site training, It would be better, the charge can be fine. 2. In our daily work, we use OCR for handwriting recognition. It would be great if we could improve the recognition rate further, although it is already better than other OCR recognition. What problems is Laiye AI Agent Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our operations department has used Uibot to run in many processes, such as 1. Automatically enter the print sales order into the CRM system; 2. Automatically review some papers for us; 3. We have a lot of report statistics to be summarized and sent to us every week Leader, and now the robot helps us to aggregate 80% of the data automatically. The application of these scenarios reduces the number and time of our overtime work.
