What do you like best about LabStats?

LabStats provides the right amount of information to make metric-based and accurate decisions. The tool is very simple to use and provides a lot of information. The LabStats service and support team are phenomenal to work with. They care about the customer. They listen to the customer and improve the product continuously for the customer. Recommendations to others considering LabStats:

LabStats is a great tool that will exceed your expectations. You will find it easy to implement and easy to use. The service and support from the staff at LabStats are phenomenal. They are there to ensure that you get the most out of the product and if you have recommendations on how to improve the product, it does not fall on deaf ears. The team will listen to and if possible implement what the community wants. They are continuously improving the product year after year. What problems is LabStats solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a tool to inform us of the usage of our computer fleet. We needed to know if we were using obsolete software. We needed to provide real-time availability of our computer resources to our students. We needed a way to offer maps and locations of computers to our students. LabStats delivers all of this and more. We have reduced our computer fleet based on the metrics gathered. We have removed software that is no longer being used. We have provided our students with real-time availability of our computer resources. LabStats is continuously evolving and offering more ways of ensuring that we save money and time.
