What do you like best about Labrys?

Responsiveness, Punctuality, Knowledge, Positive Attitude, Professionalism, Quick results and workarounds. From instance setup to IP warmup, going through deliverability, automations, to reporting and tracking their knowledge of the tool was outsanding to say the very least. What do you dislike about Labrys?

Being located in Türkiye was a bit of a constrain, it didn't have to do with them at all, simply we were on different time zones (and continents), which didn't allow for a more fluid experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Labrys solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were introduced to Labrys by Oracle's sales rep recommendation. It turned out to be an more than amazing recommendation. Since day one, Labrys team knew exactly where we were heading to and how to achieve absolutely everything that was needed to implement Responsys. Many times we picked their brains with crazy ideas that they had not experienced before, and they will always ask for some time to think it through and then, a solution was provided that fitted our exact needs.

Also, their logical knowledge, warmth, closeness to take care of our business and their fun-to-work team was one of the reasons they hold our respect. From their managers, sales, collections, analysts and developers, we found a great partner to deliver exactly on what they promised since day one. Our relationship has been ongoing for almost two years at this point and should it be necessary, I would continue to extend it as long as possible.
