"LabMODO Simplifies Document Control with Unique IDs, Revisions, and Acknowledgments"

What do you like best about LabMODO?

The best part of LabMODO is that it eliminates the need for Master Lists and change notices. It gives a unique ID and revision date to every form and document to meet TNI requirements. It facilitates editing and updating documents right in the app. And when an update is published, it notifies and records the acknowledgment of everyone who uses that document! What do you dislike about LabMODO?

It's been a project to adopt LabMODO, but that isn't really the app's fault. It's more that I started the job and realized the huge disorganizational debt that had been incurred over the years of my predecessors not keeping track of papers and not updating anything. Maybe in the future there will be an AI that can scan and sort everything automatically to get all your existing documents organized into LabMODO, but for now, for my workplace, it's just me. The effort is worthwhile because all this work needs to be done anyway, and LabMODO will prevent the disorganization from building up again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LabMODO solving and how is that benefiting you?

DOCs are something that we never really kept track of at the management level. We just relied on analysts to know if they needed to do one, and that didn't always work out so well. LabMODO fixed that. All the documents are right there in the app, along with the date it was done, and the date that it needs to be done again. Additionally, it's easy to see who is up to date on what methods and identify where cross-training can help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
