What do you like best about Labelbox?

It's user-friendly and has options to put guidelines right in front of the task. The Labelbox team is also open to feedback. Airbnb has sent several feedbacks to change the user interface, and they have been implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Labelbox?

It has a few seconds of buffer time between tasks and it's very colorless. Also, the time taken for implementation was very long. The team almost took 6 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Labelbox:

Make it a little faster like Amazon Sagemaker. And remove the buffer time between tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Labelbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

We at Airbnb are training the bots to reply to the user accurately to save customer support workload and time. It will be helpful in training the bot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
