"Solid delivery for OTP and bulk SMS"
What do you like best about LAAFFIC PTE. LTD.?
OTP delivery is fast and reliable, codes usually land within a couple of seconds. Bulk SMS converts at about 20% for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about LAAFFIC PTE. LTD.?
Channel coverage is still narrow. They do international SMS, voice, two-way SMS, OTP and RCS, but there's no WhatsApp yet and nothing on the social ads side, so for those we still go to other vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
