What do you like best about KYRO AI?

Kyro has made a huge difference in how we manage projects at Euroclad. The interface is clean and easy to use, and the automation features cut down on repetitive admin tasks. It integrates smoothly with our workflows, helping us keep projects, quotes, and communications organised in one place. What do you dislike about KYRO AI?

The reporting and analytics could be more flexible. While the standard dashboards are helpful, customisation is a bit limited, which leads us to requesting changes (which they have been more than happy to facilitate). What problems is KYRO AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kyro bridges the gap between our Salesforce quoting process and the Job Management System (JMS). Salesforce allows us to capture opportunities, create detailed quotes, and manage customer-facing interactions, but once a quote is accepted, the handover to JMS for scheduling, production, and delivery has traditionally been manual and error-prone.

Kyro solves this by acting as the integration layer:

It automatically transfers approved Salesforce quotes into JMS, eliminating duplicate data entry.

It ensures consistency between sales data and job execution, reducing delays and miscommunication.

It provides visibility across both systems, so sales, operations, and project teams work from the same source of truth.
