What do you like best about Kye Operations X-ray?

Their Ops X-ray was very helpful, and we’re still using it eight months later as we configure our new EMR. They also used the results to automate billing validation when our team was falling behind. The turnaround was impressive—it took just two weeks from proposal to go-live. Since then, we’ve had many payer rule changes, and they’ve been very responsive throughout. What problems is Kye Operations X-ray solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our billing validation process had a lot of manual Excel work and emails. The team was falling behind and clinical directors were spending up to an hour a day tracking down 1000+ providers for notes. Their AI agent helps the billing team keep up, saving hours per day and adds extra checks to our payer rules. The clinical team appreciated the time savings and their reports.
