What do you like best about Kyckr?

Without question, the people and the collaborative approach. Joy Green has been fantastic to work with and genuinely feels like an extension of our commercial team.

She’s proactive, approachable and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether that’s helping our sales team navigate complex customer questions, overcome objections or identify opportunities to strengthen our offering, Joy consistently brings practical advice and a strong commercial mindset.

What I particularly appreciate is that she understands the bigger picture. She’s not simply focused on delivering a service, but actively contributes ideas on how we can grow, scale and remain competitive in a busy market.

What do you dislike about Kyckr?

There isn’t anything significant I’d highlight as a negative. In an industry where requirements and customer expectations are constantly evolving, there’s naturally always room for further innovation and development.

I’d recommend looking beyond the technology itself and considering the value of the wider partnership. Although their solution works well for our needs too.
