I find KwickPOS easy to use and very stable. The support is very good, and I didn't need any training to get started. I appreciate how the 3rd party online ordering platform integration makes it very easy to manage, eliminating the need for double entries when orders come from UberEats or DoorDash. The initial setup was very easy, allowing for an overnight switch. I also like that KwickPOS lets me choose my own credit card processing company and I'm not locked into any terms.
