What do you like best about Kveldo?

It has lowered the stress level around our office tremendously. It helps us track things throughout the office with ease. At any point in time a colleague can pull up the program and see where tasks are in the office and what information we are waiting on from clients. This has been a game changer for us. We are a small office and clients will call till they get someone to answer their questions no matter the time of day. This allows us to have this information at our fingertips at all times. What do you dislike about Kveldo?

I cannot think of a downside. I think the most inconvenient thing has been moving our clients over to the new way of doing business however once they are migrated over they love the program and the ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kveldo solving and how is that benefiting you?

WOW! It has done so many things but the main one for me is that we have been able to streamline our process for monthly financials and tax preparation. We use the extraction tool to prepare the import file for Quickbooks so our data entry time has gone down to moments rather than hours. It is fully customizable so I have full control of where the transactions are categorized for both deposits and debits so once it ia imported into Quickbooks it takes second to reconcile and move on to preparing financials saving me hours per day.
