The only thing I wish were different is that the “shout out” board feature is only available in the business enterprise version. It would also be nice to have an option where contributions stay hidden until the scheduled delivery date—so everyone experiences the surprise together. And it would be great if there were a social feature where the recipient could acknowledge posts (like a thumbs-up or emoji reaction) so everyone can see their appreciation.

Using Kudoboard to create personalized and authentic recognition for employees who hit their 10-year anniversary milestone has been a great experience. They are always easy to set up and share and because we have a smaller number of staff, they aren't a big expense.
