What do you like best about Kübi?

It helps unlock the value hidden inside the company’s knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kübi?

Nothing that would stop me from using it. The main friction is getting documents in and waiting for them to be ready. After that, Ask Kübi is strong. I would like faster processing and a clearer “this file is still indexing” state so I am not guessing whether I can ask yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kübi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kübi solves the “who do I ask?” problem. A lot of useful knowledge lives in documents, so the same questions keep getting asked. With Kübi, I can put the source material in one place, ask in plain language, and get an answer with citations instead of digging through Drive, Slack, or email. That saves time, reduces interruptions, and makes me more confident I’m using the current version of a process not someone’s memory of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
