What do you like best about Kube?

The biggest benefit has been moving from a siloed, CoSec only process to a single source of truth used across the whole business. Kube makes it easy to input, access and amend entity data, and having a collaborative system has driven real efficiency in our governance processes. It has also given the wider business confidence that everyone is working from the same accurate information, rather than relying on spreadsheets or systems only one team could access Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kube?

We'd like to see Kube expand its connections to more commercial registries globally, so we can complete filings directly within the platform for a wider range of our overseas entities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kube solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Kube, we relied on alternative entity management software, which was only accessible to the CoSec team and wasn't consistently kept up to date, leaving gaps in our entity data. Kube has solved that by giving us a single source of truth used across the whole business, with 71 users now spanning Legal, Tax, Finance, HR and Procurement rather than just CoSec. This has made our governance processes far more efficient and given the wider business real confidence that everyone is working from the same accurate data. It has also delivered a meaningful cost saving compared with our previous system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
