The Steps Library. I didn't even know I wanted this. We had the same login and setup steps copied into I don't know how many test cases, and if one thing changed I was editing them one by one. Now I write the step once and drop it in. If I import it as a reference, changing the original updates it everywhere. Last sprint that alone saved me most of an afternoon.
