What do you like best about KTern.AI?

KTern.AI delivered a fast, AI-driven assessment of the SAP landscape, providing clear visibility into custom code, WRICEF objects, scoring, and S/4HANA impact areas. The dashboards and reports from the assessment are well structured and easy to interpret, enabling teams to quickly pinpoint risks, scope, and effort without relying on heavy manual analysis. Overall, this approach helps accelerate assessment timelines, improves accuracy, and supports more confident decision-making at the start of transformation programs. What do you dislike about KTern.AI?

It would be helpful if the documentation covered more information on the technical integration aspects, with clearer detail on which areas of integration as going to get impacted ( if any) due to conversion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KTern.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

KTern.AI provided deep, custom code analysis and SOD compliance insights that helped us understand risks, remediation effort, and security gaps early in the assessment phase. Its business process profiling capability clearly showed where processes were used and how they were actually executed, which enabled more data-driven scope decisions. KTern.AI also identified relevant Fiori apps that could be activated to simplify the user experience and reduce the need for custom development. In addition, the project plan and timeline assessment reports helped us validate system complexity and objectively evaluate SI effort estimates. Overall, KTern.AI improved the accuracy of our assessment, reduced uncertainty, and supported confident planning and informed decision-making with the management team at the start of our transformation initiatives.
