What do you like best about KrispCall?

What I like most about KrispCall is that the calling workflow feels simple and organized. The Power Dialer and campaign features make it easier to manage outbound calls and keep contacts organized without making the process feel complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KrispCall?

The main downside for me is that some of the more advanced options take a little time to get familiar with. I’d also like to see a wider range of integrations, more flexibility in some calling workflows, and clearer AI features. The overall performance has been good, but the pricing can feel less compelling when you’re not using all the available features. What problems is KrispCall solving and how is that benefiting you?

KrispCall helps solve the problem of managing outbound calling in a more organized way. It gives me a central place to handle contacts, campaigns, and calling activities instead of keeping everything separate. The Power Dialer helps make repetitive calling more efficient, while the interface keeps the workflow easy to follow.
