What do you like best about Koritsu AI?

What I like best about Koritsu AI is that it gives us a single dashboard to monitor both our Microsoft Azure infrastructure costs and Azure OpenAI API usage. The UI is clean and easy to navigate, making it simple to review spending trends and identify where costs are increasing.

The Slack integration is one of the most valuable features for our team. Receiving cost reports and alerts directly in Slack helps us respond quickly to unexpected spikes without manually checking the Azure portal. The platform has been reliable in our day-to-day use, and the dashboards load quickly even when reviewing historical cost data.

The AI-powered insights make it easier to understand cloud and AI spending patterns, helping us make better optimization decisions. The onboarding process was straightforward, and the documentation made it easy to get started with our Azure and Slack integrations. By giving us better visibility into our cloud and AI costs, Koritsu AI has helped reduce the time spent on manual monitoring and improved our overall cost management, providing good value for our investment. What do you dislike about Koritsu AI?

Overall, Koritsu AI has worked well for our use case, but there are a few areas where it could improve. I would like to see more customization options for dashboards and reports so different teams can focus on the metrics that matter most to them. While the Slack integration is useful for alerts and cost summaries, having more control over notification frequency and filtering would help reduce unnecessary messages.

It would also be beneficial if the AI insights provided more detailed recommendations for optimizing Azure and AI service costs, along with clearer explanations of why a particular recommendation was made.
