What do you like best about Kontakt.io?

I have worked with Kontakt for the past 2 years, I deploy Kontakt beacons 3 - 4 times per year, and use the online portal nearly every month.

My account manager, Maria, has always been so attentive and responsive to my queries and requests. The sales process is excellent.

I have the opportunity to have the products pre-configured prior to being dispatched which greatly helps me with the implementation of the product.

The UI is great, especially with the recent updates of the portal.

I don't currently have an integration with my systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontakt.io?

For reporting, I would like to be able to integrate an api to pull statistics from the beacons into my own system. The need for gateways to pull stats adds a greater cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kontakt.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use the PUCK beacons to assist me with providing Wayfinding in Outdoor locations (Parking Garages & Outddor paths connecting buildings). The beacons are the perfect size to be discreet enough to install without them being too "in your face". This hepls us to transition our client app users from Outdoors to the indoors.
