"Better structure, faster workflows and excellent support"

What do you like best about Kontainer?

We have been using Kontainer for just over a year, and it has made a significant difference for us in terms of structure and overview, time savings, faster workflows, and stronger collaboration across our divisions.

We would especially like to highlight:

- User-friendly system with a clean and functional interface.

- Excellent and practical design features, including font and color presets, the ability to create professional landing pages, folder design customization, and more.

- The setup of automatic file tagging, based on data from our PIM system, making it possible to quickly find assets that previously required extensive searching.

- The ability to control access to content and manage user permissions.

- Easy sharing and downloading of content, with the ability to crop assets before download.

What do you dislike about Kontainer?

Upload and download speeds could be improved. But we have not experienced many issues, and any challenges we have encountered have either been resolved with support from the Kontainer team or addressed through product updates. We have discussed with the Kontainer team our wish for improvements to the InDesign plugin, particularly the addition of more information and data within the plugin window. What problems is Kontainer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have brought all our data together in one place and created a clear structure, which saves us a significant amount of time in our day-to-day work.
