What do you like best about Konguru CRM?

Konguru CRM gives us a clear and practical way to manage our sales and customer processes in one place. We can track companies, contacts, projects, offers, visits, tasks, and goals without switching between different tools. The interface is easy to use, and the system helps our team stay organized and aligned. We also appreciate the flexibility of the platform and the fact that it can be adapted to our workflow. What do you dislike about Konguru CRM?

The platform offers many features, so new users may need a short onboarding period to fully benefit from all modules. Once the team gets used to the structure, the experience becomes much smoother. What problems is Konguru CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Konguru CRM is solving our visibility and follow-up problems across the entire sales process. Before using it, it was harder to track company records, contact history, project status, offers/quotations, and field visits in a single flow. Information was scattered, and that made it easy to miss updates or delay follow-ups.

With Konguru CRM, we can manage companies, contacts, projects, offers, visits, tasks, and goals in one place. This helps us track each opportunity more clearly, see the latest status instantly, and coordinate better as a team.
