"My experience using KonfHub for KCD Delhi"

What do you like best about KonfHub?

I am the organiser of KCD Delhi (kcddelhi.com) and I used konfhub for listing, registrations, ticketing and attendee management. After using it for two events, I was glad that I landed on this platform to host such a big event as it made the overall workflow very smooth.

Event creation was simple, add details, set up registration, and you get a clean sharable url (konfhub.com/your-event-name). No need of separate landing pages and multiple tools.

The dashboard is well organised, which helped a lot when juggling attendees, tickets, speakers and communication at one place. The strongest part for me was ticketing and registration management. Handling multiple ticket types (early bird, partner, discounts, invite-only etc) was straightforward. Coupon Code creation was one thing that tops my admiration list of features, easy to create and manage, and use of different communities and campaigns, including bulk and custom codes.

The konfhub team was also helpful and responsive whenever we needed, which is crucial during live event operations.

Overall, it was a great experience using Konfhub for KCD Delhi and I would recommend it for conferences, meetups and hackathons especially if you want to avoid stitching multiple tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KonfHub?

There wasn’t anything major that I disliked. The only thing I’d say is that some parts of the dashboard could be a little more intuitive, especially when you’re using the platform for the first time. A few additional customization options around the registration flow would also be useful for more complex events. But these were minor issues for us and didn’t really affect the overall experience. What problems is KonfHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

KonfHub solves the biggest operational headache of organising an event: having to manage registrations, tickets, coupons, attendees, and communication across multiple tools.

For KCD Delhi, it gave us one place to manage the entire registration workflow. Instead of maintaining spreadsheets and using separate tools for ticketing, coupons, and participant communication, we could handle everything from the KonfHub dashboard.

The biggest benefit for me was saving time and reducing manual work. Managing different ticket types and coupons was straightforward, and as registrations increased, it was much easier to keep track of attendees and their information.

It also made the event experience smoother for participants because we could share a simple event URL and manage their registration from one platform. And whenever we faced an issue, the KonfHub team was quick and helpful in resolving it.

Overall, it allowed us to spend less time managing event infrastructure and more time focusing on the actual event and community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
