What do you like best about Koncepted?

We contacted other design vendors before and while the work was decent, we kept needing to over-explain Web3 terms and practices. At some point we tried Koncepted for a one-off project and wow, did they deliver! We are pleased to say that Koncepted is our still our go-to design partner for 3rd year in a row now. What do you dislike about Koncepted?
