The Kobie Alchemy Loyalty Cloud offers me a wide-range of configurable features to fully enable the Loyalty experience for the clients and programs I support through my role at Kobie. Leveraging out of the box features, I can set up all of the required data to run a program from the program's settings & tiers to marketing campaigns & bonuses. What problems is Kobie Alchemy Loyalty Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the management of loyalty programs, it is critical that we are able to connect the business objectives and requirements to the more technical configurations and features that are leveraged to deliver the end-to-end customer experience to members. The Kobie Alchemy Loyalty Cloud provides a transparent view into those configurations for the marketer to see their programs and campaigns come to life within the platform. As a business systems analyst, the connection this experience creates between the product and the business outcomes provides important context as we work with our clients to enhance and optimize the programs and member experience.
