**What do you like best about Knowledge Cloud?**

I like how it saves on storage and the normal notion of having access to articles across the cloud. The focus on being able to share with your team in an efficient way is something that is super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Knowledge Cloud?**

I think the gamification aspect of the platform is something that could be listed as interesting in the pitch but to be honest it doesn't feel like it adds much to me.

**What problems is Knowledge Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That might fall into another issue, but there isn't much of a problem being solved. Sharing documents was possible before Knowledge Cloud. It is beneficial to be able to upload attachments and tag things to fit the organization of a team, but I wouldn't say that using Knowledge Cloud is a need and more so something that could be used as one of many tools when it comes to working with a team.

**What do you like best about Knowledge Cloud?**

Insightful Business Solutions and experience allows myself and my peers to better understand Business and all of its variety. Better able to adapt and learn using the right solutions and real-user experiences

**What do you dislike about Knowledge Cloud?**

As of right now, the knowledge cloud has met my every approval for user needs. I have zero complaints or issues while assessing the tools provided by Knowledge Cloud.

I am better at solving Business related questions and have been able to gain relative experience and knowledge through other users providing usable feedback and recognition. Also helps when differentiating software and services

the keyword search matches the same as the document with keywords and collaborative work within the team is more powerful in real-time changes in the organisation.

**What do you dislike about Knowledge Cloud?**

I do not see any downside of the product all works smooth and clear its all cloud-based and no delay in the application works, get more new features to the collaboration work

better than all the application in the market knowledge cloud is the best cloud based app.

creating the product document and knowledge transfer between the team and creating the day to IT-related issue with knowledge cloud application the knowledge can be transferred easy.

**What do you like best about Knowledge Cloud?**

Best for someone who needs to store free data without any hassle, fear of running out of storage, faliure etc. Simple and very effective document management without worrying of losing it. Awesome search matches and a real-time changes.

**What do you dislike about Knowledge Cloud?**

Not any specific feature that i don't like about knowledge cloud it works perfectly with my requirement and i am happy with it.

1. Storing and Managing my documents on one single place.
2. Keywords and Search matching for easy document finding.
3. Easy to use and increase productivity.

**What do you like best about Knowledge Cloud?**

It's completely hassle free document management . No need to concern about windows updated,power outage,physical device lifecycle etc.All required documents can stored online and you dont have to worry about losing data

**What do you dislike about Knowledge Cloud?**

For now, i cant think of anything i dislike about cloud. But i guess in case of internet cutover, everything will collapsed,a cache mode would be great option.UI could be more user friendly.

**What problems is Knowledge Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using this mainly for knowledge sharing sessions, FAQ etc. to my coworkers. It helped us to reduce the phone calls and support tickets for first level support.

**What do you like best about Knowledge Cloud?**

I like how simple and efficient it is to use. The keyword search is extremely helpful and I like having the extra storage space for any of my business-related needs. It gives me extra assurance knowing any sensitive information is secure.

**What do you dislike about Knowledge Cloud?**

As of right now, there aren't any dislikes. It fulfills all of my needs and works very smoothly.

**What problems is Knowledge Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to be able to store all of my important documents in one place and be able to share this information with the rest of my team. It makes it seamless to access information all around.

Being able to access information from any device. It makes working home several days easier and avoids having a lack of access to specific forms, sheets, and slides.

Converting forms to Word. If there were similar formations, things would be easier to convert and share. Creating docs make it difficult to send things externally,
