Knowcross has been on the market for a long time and with this, they bring a lot of knowledge, expertise and support to their customers.

The solution is robust and easy to learn and use.

What do you dislike about KNOWCROSS?

The full management of the solution would require multiple teams and managers involved.

It is a solution fit for bigger hotels with a staff/user hierarchy in place and a dedicated IT department to support loading and controlling access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KNOWCROSS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Knowcross has solved for us an integration question between PMS and another Maintenance solution.

Their team's willingness to work and invest time in building new integrations has been a key ingredient.

Knowcross software itself is very robust and as mentioned earlier, due to the team's experience and knowledge it answers almost every need a hotel can have in their Housekeeping and Maintenance departments.
