They provide user friendly training videos that we can easily manage. Their PhishER has also been extrememly helpful for us to compbat malicios emails that make it past our spam filter. A user can report the phish and once in PhishER, we can analys the message headers and links, and even extract duplicate copies from everyone else's mailbox that may have gotten it. We have it connected to our Microsoft 365 platform, so it is easy to create new users. When we do need support, they have been super helpful. As we are going through NIST and Sox compliance, KnowBe4 has been a brand that is trusted among industry experts. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** There are absolutly no downsides to training our users and protecting our company from bad actors. Support was fast to respond when I did need help during initial setup. We integrated it with Azure SSO and have followed their implimentation guide to get initial user assessments completed to establish a baseline and now have quarterly phishing tests scheduled with auto-enrollment in remedial training for users who fail the tests. There are a number of other resources available including print materials for handouts or wall posters and videos and other content can can be integrated into presentations or other materials. We probably use a quarter of the features available to us, and plan to utilize it more over time, but even with the level of testing and training we have now, we've already seen a massive improvement in our employees reporting emails and correctly identifying real and simulated phishing emails. Even with our small organization, we use it daily and have new users auto-enrolled in assessments, etc. to keep the dashboards accurately reflecting the knowledge level of our employees and can even see aggregate by department or the whole org. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** It can be overwhelming at first, but once initial setup and integration with your user data is ready to go, it's entirely up to you to device how much or how little you do and can easily be scaled up or back as-needed. We are able to target specific users who can inflict financial damage to our organization as well as those that have access to multiple resources. As part of defined groups, when employees leave or join our organization, they are automatically added to users for testing. An organization can invest many millions of dollars for end point protection, firewall, threat mitigation and protection and the like but these are only as strong as the weakest link.
