What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

I can honestly say that I do not have any significant downsides to using KnowBe4. One downside is on the admin end for resetting a user's password. The KnowBe4 training educates our end users about how people will use phishing and other social engineering methods to try and defraud them. I like the ability it has to allow us to create customizable phishing campaigns as well as customizable training regimes for our enrolled staff. What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

The only thing I dislike about this product is that there are a couple of tests that are a bit repetitive and havent changed much in content over time. As such, our enrolled staff quickly recognizes these and always get the answers right. Though some may consider this as an indicator that they are aware of the situation and know how to respond accordingly, but some variance in the scenarios would definitely go a long way to show that its not always going to be coming to them in that exact same manner. The KnowBe4 Security Awareness training, as its name implies, provides us with a necessary training environment for our staff when it comes to improving their cybersecurity practices. This tool helps them understand that the IT unit is not the only division within an organization that is solely responsible for cybersecurity and that they also each need to both understand and play their parts in preventing and reporting cyber threats. In our organization this is important as our staff were not always that tech savvy and didnt understand that the Nigerian Prince is actually a scammer just waiting to take their money. With respect to our business sector, this is even more imporant as financial institutions need to be very strict when it comes to cybersecurity in order to safeguard both the information and financial assets of our clients. Before I started in this role and began using KnowBe4, users would frequently open or click on most attachments and links in emails. Our MSP was constantly dealing with the consequences of these actions, such as malicious software trying to install itself on the network, frequent password compromises, and accounts being taken over by bad actors. However, after I implemented KnowBe4, the user training made a noticeable difference—staff became much more aware of the potential consequences of their actions. A bit of well-placed caution can significantly influence user behavior. Over the first six months of using KnowBe4, our Phish Prone percentage dropped dramatically as staff completed the training modules and put their new knowledge into practice. With training on every issue you might encounter, relevant information to share with your team, and detailed reports about training campaigns you can be sure your team will be ready! I also love that if I'm too busy to set up a new campaign, I can always reach out and they are always happy to help me set something up and keep the training rolling. I wish more modules were available in each subscription level but I understand there needs to be incentives to subscribe to the higher levels. We also had issues with the Phish Alert Report button not working in Outlook for users at various times, even when I followed the steps that KnowBe4 had in a banner on how to fix that. Some of our users still seem to struggle navigating into KB4 and doing their training. I don't know exactly how to suggest improvement in the UI necessarily. But it comes up here and there. One thing I've noticed is that when I get the KB4 email with trainings to do, I click the link to follow to the training, go through my SSO, and then it opens on the landing page and not on the training I clicked.
