What do you like best about KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus?

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus?

Just starting out can definitely be jarring. There are so many extra features and things named weirdly that just a quick glance can be overwhelming. Luckily we had someone to help walk us through the basics and build up from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus:

What problems is KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?

We no longer have to stop what we're doing or have a user stop what they're doing just to ask a question about emails. They just hit the Phish Alert button and we look at it later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
