PhishER provides technology administrators with the tools they need to more effectively and efficiently ensure employee security. With the click of a button, users can report phishing attacks to the organizational administrator. The administrator can then review submitted emails and, if enabled, use PhishRIP to remove them from all employees' mailboxes proactively rather than reactively. What do you dislike about KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus? Employees using Gmail's reporting plugin are required to agree to a popup authorizing PhishER. Some think this is a scam in itself and are reluctant to give it permissions. We have had users go out and purchase gift cards because of a phishing email they received. Additionally, the FBI has warned of increasing cyber phishing attacks to gain corporate network access.
