What do you like best about KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus?

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus?

The interface is generally easy to use, but some of the automation and workflow settings can take a bit of time to learn. Once configured it's great, but there's a slight learning curve if you're new to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?

PhishER helps us deal with the constant stream of suspicious emails reported by employees. Instead of manually sorting through everything, we can quickly identify real threats and focus on what matters.
