What do you like best about KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus?

The feature I find most valuable is PhishER's automated email triage and threat analysis capabilities. It allows our Cybersecurity team to efficiently process employee-reported emails, reduce false positives, identify malicious campaigns, and respond more quickly to potential phishing threats. What do you dislike about KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus?

PhishER provides strong operational value, but the platform's effectiveness depends on proper configuration and maintenance. As phishing tactics evolve, rules and automation workflows must be regularly reviewed and adjusted. I would also like to see continued improvements in reporting, workflow customization, and integration capabilities to further streamline investigation and response activities.
