How it manages email security at the user-level, the email tags that clearly tell the recipient what the risk of the email is and gives an opportunity to educate the recipient by clicking on the tag, and the "bublewrapping of URLs" that actively checks all links at the time of receipt and time of click to ensure it is going to a trusted location. Honestly, so far we have been very happy with the product, and I look forward to it getting more integrated with PhishER+ and other KB4 Security tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress) solving and how is that benefiting you? Securing Email at the end-user level, through active ML/AI that learns patterns and catches phishing emails that other vendors have a hard time with. It also serves as an additional layer of end-user education on data awarness through the smart tags that users can click on and gain more insight. It also keeps all URLs protected, so no URL re-directs can successfully bypass these checks. Regardless of URL the landing point is always checked at time of click and protected if required.
