"Easy C# Integration and Scalable Workflows with Knock"

What do you like best about Knock?

- It was easy to integrate from C# backend app through the Knock SDK

- We were able to integrate the deployment in our CI/CD Pipelines

- Payload overrides feature helped us to customize the recipients and

- Shared layouts helped us to manage 1 common template to around +15 workflows that we've developed

- Translations helped us to handle en_US and fr_CA locales

- Knock provides a pretty good abstraction for us and we've been in PROD since April 2026 without disruptions

- Knock is a great platform that has helped us to minimize implementation time and be able to send emails and inapp notifications, for now we have around +15 workflows and with the potential to use it in the whole corporation I don't have details about pricing in my current role, I'm playing the Tech Lead role and leading a team of 2 consultant developers. We've got a pretty good experience with the product and we were able to achieve our milestones for the notifications scope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knock?

- Built-in feature flags integration with platforms such as LaunchDarkly, we managed to do it through global variables and Liquidbase code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
