What do you like best about Knock?

I like that Knock is super robust and easy to use. Even though there's a slight learning curve, it's a fundamental and super helpful product. Setting it up wasn't that bad—I've dealt with similar systems before that were much tougher, but Knock made it pretty easy. They even have an MCP that makes things really quick. I also love that Knock has a super generous free tier, and I'm excited to do more with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knock?

I'd love to see it expand the integrations that are currently there and bring a few more templates to the table, like email templates so people can build more flexible stuff out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Knock solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Knock for multichannel notifications in my apps, allowing me to message and filter contacts efficiently. It provides connection pathways, Slack integration, and is super robust and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
