Configurability was a big draw for me to Kneat. Being able to replicate paper based documentation into the modern digital platform made it far easier to transition users, and took away the "fear factor" of making such a change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only part of Kneat I found to be challenging was working through the configuration as there was so many options to go through and evaluate. Thankfully, their implementation team was stellar to work with, and made the integration process very streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
