Cannot fully search the data in every way that we'd like, while there are many unused search functions that I would gladly trade off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Knack:

I do not make the decisions regarding which software we use but I've seen our company switch several of our other tools over the years while still always sticking with Knack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Knack solving and how is that benefiting you?

We log communication history and store many types of customer data that would be difficult to do in such an organized way without this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
