"Clean, Intuitive UI with Reliable Performance for Large Academic Webinars"
5/5
What do you like best about Kloud Meeting?

The UI is clean and intuitive, and the dashboard neatly organizes sessions, recordings, and links, which reduces confusion. Scheduling is also smooth; sharing links for classes or guest lectures saves a lot of coordination time. Performance has been reliable for me as well— even large academic webinars run without lag or disruptions.

I also find the integrations easy to use. Calendar sync and quick sharing via email or WhatsApp help improve attendance. Overall, it delivers strong ROI in the IMI Delhi environment by reducing dependency on multiple tools and lowering the admin workload. The recording feature adds real value because students can revisit missed sessions anytime, and onboarding is minimal, making it simple for both faculty and students to adopt. Smart automation (AI elements) further reduces manual effort and helps keep meetings organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kloud Meeting?

The UI can feel a bit cluttered when I’m handling multiple back-to-back sessions, and switching between meetings isn’t always smooth on busy academic days. I also wish there were more control over layouts and permissions to better fit different class formats. At times, there’s a slight lag when too many participants have video on at once.

Integrations generally work, but they could be stronger with institute systems (like an LMS). Finding older recordings can take extra time, and the mobile version doesn’t feel as smooth as the desktop experience for regular use. Finally, some of the more advanced features seem underutilised for the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
