We researched a ton of different project management options. This truly does it all: Resourcing, connecting pipeline to resources, contracts, timelines, time-tracking, invoices, margins, tasks, reporting, and revenue recognition. If you rely on them to manage it will take forever. They recommend 1 hour a call a week. This is not enough and their documentation for training is lacking. Recommendations to others considering Klient PSA: This product had a lot of potential. It's great that you can upload MS Project plans to get your started as you migrate timelines. The navigation can take some getting used to, but once you get comfortable it is able to do everything you need to successfully manage a project. Our goal was to get to one source of truth and one place for all teams to see the health of a project.
