"A Game-Changer for Resource Planning and Capacity Visibility"

What do you like best about Klient PSA?

The Resource Planner has been a real game changer for us. It supports both tactical and strategic resource planning, so we can make week-to-week allocation decisions while also looking further ahead to understand capacity, spot potential gaps, and plan proactively for future demand. Being able to visualise over- and under-utilisation across the team has materially improved how we manage capacity.

Klient has also helped us standardise our project management processes, reduce administrative overhead, and improve the accuracy of our operational data. Instead of spending internal resources maintaining and developing a bespoke system, we can focus on optimising our processes and benefit from Klient’s ongoing product improvements. What do you dislike about Klient PSA?

The only real downside is the pace at which new features are released. While it’s great to see the innovation, we find it hard to keep up with how quickly the tool evolves, especially given the need to enable and manage those changes internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Klient PSA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Klient has been a major step forward for our organisation. We moved from a homegrown Salesforce solution to a platform purpose-built for professional services, and the improvements in operational efficiency have been clear.

One of the biggest benefits is having our project, resource, and time data all in one place. It gives us a much clearer view of what’s happening across our client portfolio and makes it easier to monitor project performance, manage delivery, and track time more effectively and accurately.
