What do you like best about Kleos?

I have been using Kleos for my freelance crypto payments for about three months now. The performance is exactly what I need because the vIBAN transfers to my bank are actually instant. I usually see the money in minutes instead of waiting days.

The pricing is a huge benefit since there are zero withdrawal fees. This saves me a lot of money compared to other platforms that hide fees in the exchange rate, so the ROI for my workflow is very clear.

For UI and UX, the setup was very straightforward. The onboarding and KYC process took less than ten minutes. The interface is clean and does not have unnecessary clutter.

Regarding integrations, connecting my external wallet and linking the Visa card was seamless. I can spend crypto directly without manual swapping, which saves me hours of work every month.

An unexpected benefit was the customer support. I had a question about transaction limits and they replied in under an hour, which is rare for crypto services. Also, the smart transaction tracking helps me keep my finances organized automatically.

What do you dislike about Kleos?

I wish there were more fiat currency options for the vIBAN accounts. It covers the main ones, but adding a few more regional currencies would make it perfect for international freelancers. What problems is Kleos solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem Kleos solves for me is the delay and high cost of converting crypto into fiat. As a freelancer, having to wait three to five business days for a traditional bank transfer creates a real cash-flow problem. Kleos addresses this with instant vIBAN transfers that genuinely arrive within minutes. It also removes the hidden withdrawal fees I used to run into on other platforms.

This helps my day-to-day work because I get predictable access to my funds and don’t have to stress about when the money will actually land. With the seamless Visa card integration, I can spend my earnings right away without any manual swapping steps. Overall, it takes the friction out of getting paid.
