As with many software companies, it often feels like companies develop software without themselves being the end user. At times the UI is a bit clunky, you can't go deep enough in certain features (when you expect that you can), and it's not always as responsive (I often need to refresh my browser) - but I am a very picky software user working for a software company myself.
