What do you like best about Klenty?

I like the team and the responsiveness the most. People at Klenty are hard-working, always responsive, and highly flexible. A lot of the bugs I also find are fixed very quickly - so from that perspective, it's fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klenty?

As with many software companies, it often feels like companies develop software without themselves being the end user. At times the UI is a bit clunky, you can't go deep enough in certain features (when you expect that you can), and it's not always as responsive (I often need to refresh my browser) - but I am a very picky software user working for a software company myself. I wish I would not find bugs as often as I do...But it's getting better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Klenty solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using it to automate our inbound and outbound outreach. It's benefiting us because we are more productive and it gives us more structure in our day to day operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
