I like that Klaay keeps my SOC 2 work organized and points me toward the steps I need to take. The roadmap lays out compliance tasks, risks, and policies, etc in order, and the integrations connect pretty easily. Setup was pretty easy, and everything is well documented on the website. I can book a call if I need extra help. When I bring something up to the team, they improve it quickly. Klaay has been a good fit for us as an early-stage startup. Klaay is still an early-stage startup, so there are some things to iron out. I think the UI and UX could improve, and maybe some additional integrations could be added.
