What do you like best about Kixlogic ATS?
I’ve worked in recruiting for a long time and have used several ATS platforms. Kixlogic is very intuitive and easy to use, yet it still includes all the bells and whistles I’ve seen in more expensive systems. Any small business can afford Kixlogic and the ROI is almost immediate. My time-to-fill went from 27 days to 19 days, which means happy hiring managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Kixlogic ATS?
The pros vastly outweigh any cons, but if I had to pick something it would be that it doesn't integrate with my payroll system - at least not yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
