What do you like best about Kit?

ConvertKit is an easy to use email service that allows me to grow my email list and move away from dependence on social media marketing. By setting up automation, you can engage with subscribers without having to actively compose emails. You can also broadcast at any time and see the statistics on opens and clicks. I love the training and helpful input you receive from the ConvertKit Community too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kit?

To make this service useful you have to subscribe (while some other services give you free levels which small businesses may find sufficient). However, the deliverability and open rates with ConvertKit are much higher, making the paid service a good return on investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to engage varieties of audience with automations helps tremendously. You can set up a sequence of emails easily, and new subscribers can work through it at the pace you set, without any direct action from you. You still add subscribers to your broadcast list, so your newsletter audience grows. Another benefit is the email templates and learnings from other users.
